Our Thanks To...

October 2015

Our grateful thanks to Colin Jenkins and The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) who provided us with 10 laptops. Being able to work in a variety of locations will really help our students and staff, and will make a broader spectrum of learning available outside of the classroom.

January 2015

We would like to say a very special thank you to Mr James Dean and Sam Hughes from Canterbury Christchurch University for their kindness in donating a drum kit, an electric piano and three guitar amps for our music room. Their generosity has made a huge difference to the students.

October 2014

We were absolutely delighted that Bob Drury, organiser of the newly established Sandwich Guitar Festival chose to use the event to raise money for our school. He asked players and audiences to donate £5 to sign a special all-white guitar. The fundraising was spectacularly successful and he visited us to give us an amazing treasure chest of musical goodies including a Fender guitar. Our sincere and deepest thanks go to Bob and all those that contributed to his fundraising efforts on our behalf.

Our warm thanks to The Naturesave Trust for their generosity in helping to fund our new pond and dipping platform. Work is due to be completed on the 22nd May 2014, with help of volunteers from the Kentish Stour Countryside Partnership, to whom we are very grateful. After that we expect nature to take its course so that flowers and water wildlife will flourish.
